Residential house

We have been tasked to develop a project of an ultra-modern 2-floors house on a site with a direct sea view and to maximize all the advantages of this site.

The following project requirements were planned:

• Maximum open spaced layout with panoramic windows on the sea side.
• Spacious terraces on both floors.
• Operated roof with recreation facilities.
• Ability to observe sea through the house when entering to the property (through the panoramic glass front doors).
• Natural daylight in every room of the house.

As a result, our team developed:

– Draft and Detailed Design, including engineering projects for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and sewage.

– Project “General plan” with constructive solutions for fences and retaining walls on the site.

– Site improvement Design project.

– Interior Design project.

We have highlighted the following distinctive features of the “Harmony” project:

• Dining room with panoramic sea view and a separate exit to the terrace
• Stationary BBQ area on the sea side terrace
• Additional BBQ area on the operated roof
• Sea view from Bathrooms through smart glass windows.
• Decoration of the site with a modern Waterfall on glass.
